Privacy Policy

2. By providing us with your data, you warrant to us that you are over 13 years of age.

3. New Energy Healing is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose the personal information of our clients. New Energy Healing collects personal information from clients through our website, in person, and over the phone. This information may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, phone number, and payment information. We use this information to provide our clients with coaching services and to communicate with them regarding their appointments.

4. New Energy Healing takes the confidentiality of our clients personal information very seriously. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of personal information and to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of that information.

5. New Energy Healing will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the express consent of our clients, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our coaching services.

6. New Energy Healing will retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our coaching services and to comply with applicable laws.

7. New Energy Healing reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes to this privacy policy will be posted on our website.

Packages

1. All package sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of the first session and are intended for use by a single individual. This policy ensures that you have ample time to schedule and benefit from the sessions included in your package.

2. Please note that the package sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or used by anyone other than the individual for whom the package was purchased.

3. Additionally, any unused sessions after the 12-month period will expire and cannot be carried over or refunded. We encourage you to schedule your sessions accordingly to make the most of your package.

Policy

Cancellation

1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

2. For single sessions: If your cancellation is received 72 hours or more in advance, you may receive a full refund or transfer your booking to a later date. However, if you do not provide advance written notice of your cancellation, if you do not attend, or if you leave prior to the conclusion of your session, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. For packages: All cancellations must be received in writing. To receive a full refund, the notice must be given a minimum of 72 hours before the first scheduled session. If you decide to cancel after the first session, you may receive a partial refund minus the value of the first session (calculated at the single session rate) and an administration fee currently set at £25. If you do not attend any session or leave prior to the conclusion of any session, your payment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and you lose that session.
